••• High-temperature epoxy, fiberglass, cast or fabricated aluminum to suit your production needs

••• Copper or stainless steel heating/cooling tubes can be cast in or installed in aluminum molds for consistent and exact temperature control. All are seal and leak-tested to ensure your molds are ready-to-go

••• All molds are shipped oven-ready, complete with vacuum holes and welded steel or aluminum frames

••• Pusher frames, blow boxes, plug assists or internally-operated electric, hydraulic or pneumatically-operated mechanisms or fittings can also be built-in to your final mold.

CNC/CAD/CAM

For your most demanding tolerances.

Quality Patterns' CNC/CAD/CAM capabilities deliver prototypes, molds or tooling up to 5' x 6' x 3'.

Our CNC is able to produce 5-axis motion with a precision of up to 0.005".

Our design and pattern shop utilizes SURFCAM®, to fully integrate with out MOTIONMASTER 5 x 5, 10 HP head. SURFCAM® seamlessly integrates 2D and 3D mechanical design with the powerful 2, 3, 4, and 5-axis simultaneous machining capabilities of the CNC. SURFCAM®'s graphic display can deliver super-fast 3D rotations, zooms, pans, redraws, and view changes even while toolpaths are being generated. Printed drawings can be supplied in hard-copy format on our wide-track, E-size plotter. And, if you need 3D views from your 2D drawings, Quality Patterns can supply them!
